RecentCommandsMenu

Library cmds-menu.el adds a Recent Commands submenuto the menu bar Tools menu by library cmds-menu.el. It holds the most recent commands you have invoked using ‘M-x’.

Loading the library is sufficient to add the submenu, so just put this in your init file:

    (require 'cmds-menu)
