Order

Our policy is to have an order fulfilled within 24 working hours. However, we usually get orders ready for collection twice per day.
Yes, we can assist in ordering products that are not currently available in our shop from our existing suppliers or manufacturers.
If you have a specific product in mind, please send your request to ecorobotics@ecoprojects.com.na.
To ensure accuracy in your order, please include either the SKU code or a direct link to the product you wish to purchase.
Note: We only accommodate special orders exceeding the value of N$1,000. Additionally, the transport costs for the order will be borne by the customer.
To request a quote, simply add your desired products to the cart.
Once you’ve added everything, go to your cart and click 'View Cart.'
Below the checkout button, you’ll find an option to enter your email address to have the quote sent directly to you.
Shipping
Currently we only ship to Namibia.
We ship to the below towns. Other towns in Namibia can be delivered to on request.

For items in stock at our Windhoek warehouse, delivery should not exceed 3 working days from the date of order.
For items not in stock, delivery can take up to 21 working days as we source products from distributors around the world to offer you the most affordable prices.
We currently make use of NamPost Courier. This may however vary depending on availability.
Orders that do not include heavy items such as 3D printers ship at a flat rate of N$55.00 in Windhoek and Swakopmund and N$105.00 to all other towns mentioned above.
Orders that include heavy items such as 3D printers ships at a flat rate of N$80.00 in Windhoek and Swakopmund and N$200.00 to all other towns mentioned above.
Outlying areas are provided with a standard minimum shipping rate of N$230.00, depending on weight and dimensions. If possible we will deliver your product to you in your town of residence, otherwise to the nearest town that NamPost Courier service.
We have offices in Windhoek and Swakopmund where you are welcome to pick up your order yourself.

Please note that pick ups for our Swakopmund office are shipped from Windhoek on a weekly basis. A notification will be sent once available for pick up in Swakopmund.
Yes, you are welcome to make use of your courier of choice. Just select the option 'Store Pickup - Own Courier' at checkout.
Please note if you choose this option you need to let us know the name of your courier under 'Order instructions' at checkout to enable us to prepare the correct waybill before your courier arrive.
Payment
We offer the following payment methods:

PayPal is currently not supported.
Your payments via credit or debit card are secured through DPO which is the same company responsible for securing payments for many major online shops in Southern Africa, including Takealot in South Africa.
PayToday is a Namibian company underwritten by NedBank Namibia and supports quick and easy payments directly from your mobile phone.
PayPulse is a Namibian company underwritten by Standard Bank Namibia and supports quick and easy payments directly from your mobile phone.
Returns
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.
We offer a 7 day return & exchange policy:
If a product is damaged or faulty upon a delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
We have a 7 day (from receipt of product) return & exchange policy.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email ecorobotics@ecoprojects.com.na with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions of where to send returned goods.
You are strongly advised to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned items are received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you of the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, store credit will be applied or a refund will be processed.
Creality Products
We offer a 3-month warranty on all Creality products, starting from the date of purchase.
Other Products
We do not offer warranties for the other products available in our shop. These products are covered by our return policy instead.
