How to recharge
- Open App
- Login
- Go on to the Pay Tab
- Choose the Airtime & Bundles option
- Enter the mobile number you want to recharge
- Select the amount you wish to recharge
- Confirm Purchase
- Follow prompts to enter your Ecocash Pin & confirm the transaction
- Dial *143#
- Select Bouquet or Bundle Option.
- Choose a Bouquet
- Select Option 1 (my number) 2 (other).
- Confirm
- Select either Airtime, Ecocash or Other
- Go to www.topup.co.zw
- Select Econet.
- Select amount.
- Select Ecocash as payment mode.
- Enter your number.
- You will receive a message to confirm transaction.
- Dial *143#
- Choose option 1 Gift airtime or option 2 Purchase airtime for yourself
- Follow prompts to complete airtime purchase
Option 2: Web Based Recharge
- Visit https://ownai.co.zw/
- Click on the Convenience Store Tab
Select the Airtime Tab - Choose option 1 Gift airtime or option 2 Purchase airtime for yourself
- Enter the Mobile number you are purchasing airtime for, the amount and Ecocash Paying number
- Click continue to recharge and confirm transaction on the Pop Up that flashes on your phone.
- Dial *151#
- Enter pin
- Select Airtime and Bundles option.
- Select Option 1 (my number) 2 (other).
- Enter amount.
- Enter Option 1 to Confirm.
