These reports cover

• the operations of the Prior Informed Consent Regulation (sent to the Commission every three years);
• information exchange about the chemicals subject to the regulation (compiled every two years); and
• annual information on the amounts of PIC chemicals that exporters and importers report they have shipped to or from each non-EU country during the preceding year.
