Our annual reports describe the results of our financial and compliance audit work on the EU budget, the Recovery and Resilience Facility, and the European Development Funds. They contain our statement of assurance, which the European Parliament uses when deciding whether to approve the implementation of the EU budget (discharge procedure) for the year.

 

In specific annual reports, we present the results of our annual financial audits of EU agencies, decentralised bodies and joint undertakings.

Each year, we also carry out a number of performance and compliance audits of various specific spending and policy areas. We set out the results of these audits in our special reports.

 

From time to time we also publish reviews and opinions.

In reviews we provide description and analysis of a topical EU policy area or issue.

 

The other EU institutions can ask us to assess new or updated EU laws with a significant impact on EU financial management. When this happens, we present the results of our assessment in an opinion.

We publish all our reports, opinions and reviews on this website in all official EU languages.
