Payment Policy

We want your shopping experience with us to be both safe and convenient. We offer a wide variety of payment options so you can choose the one that best fits your needs. Dvor accepts most major credit cards and PayPal.

Please see below for more detailed information on each of the payment options available to you:

Credit/Debit Cards

We gladly accept payments from a wide variety of credit card carriers including, but not limited to: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All personal information is encrypted by our secure server to ensure any transaction you place with us is 100% safe. In addition, Dvor does not capture funds from your card until your items are available and ready to be shipped. If you are using a debit card, please note your bank may hold your funds once your purchase has been pre-authorized during the checkout process. For more information about bank specific rules that may apply, please contact your card-issuing bank.

Prior to ordering, please confirm your billing address provided matches the address that appears on your current credit card statement. Please note all orders placed with a credit/debit card are subject to review.

The security of our customers' financial information is extremely important to us. Therefore, Dvor reserves the right to contact customers or to require manual payment verification to confirm all received information is verifiable and legitimate prior to processing. Manual verification entails Dvor charging your account a random amount not to exceed five dollars. As soon as this charge appears on your card, please provide us with the date the charge was processed and the exact amount so we may continue processing your order. Once verification is complete, the charged amount will either be credited back to your credit card or will go towards your purchase price.

PayPal

Dvor offers customers the option of paying for purchases via PayPal. Orders placed using this payment method are verified by and follow PayPal's terms and conditions. To pay via PayPal, simply select the "Check out with PayPal" option at checkout. Please note we require your shipping address to be confirmed by PayPal for all domestic orders and your account to be verified by PayPal for all orders prior to ordering. In addition, there are certain items that may be restricted by PayPal and cannot be ordered using this payment method. If restrictions apply, this payment option will be unavailable during checkout.

Note: Since PayPal requires an authorization to be run prior to releasing your order to us, Dvor does not capture funds until your items are available and ready to be shipped.

Dvor Store Credit

Customers can accumulate Dvor Store Credit by returning merchandise purchased from the store. To see exactly how much Dvor Store Credit you have available, simply log on to your member page. Unless specified otherwise, please allow up to seven business days for your member page to reflect any changes to your Dvor Store Credit amount.

Dvor Store Credit can be used as a payment method for any order placed and never expires. Any balance applied to your next purchase will be deducted from your account. If applicable, any excess credit remaining in your account after your purchase can be applied to your next order with us. If your purchase cost exceeds available Dvor Store Credit, another form of payment will be required to cover the remainder.

Dvor Bucks

Dvor Bucks represent a promotional balance that serves to discount your purchase, and can be applied to reduce your order total by decreasing the amount owed for merchandise and shipping costs. It is not a payment method, though, depending on how many Dvor Bucks you have accumulated, you could effectively pay nothing if the redeemed Dvor Bucks covered the cost of merchandise and shipping in your order.

Dvor Bucks are earned through actions like inviting a friend (per our policy), as an incentive when purchasing select products on Dvor, and occasionally awarded on special occasions such as a member’s birthday, or as a special promotion.

Dvor Bucks you have earned for your account will only be valid for a limited period of time. The expiration date of all your accumulated Dvor Bucks can be found under "Dvor Bucks" in the "Bucks and Credits" section of your account.

Please note any accumulated Dvor Store Credit or Dvor Bucks can only be used for purchases of products on our site and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with credit on any other member’s account.

Please note Dvor Store Credit may also be referred to as: Invitation Credit, Promotional Credit, Creditable Incentive, or Return Credit. All of these credits can be used in the same capacity as outlined above.

Reminder:

All orders regardless of payment method are subject to our order verification process. By limiting fraudulent transactions and verifying order information ahead of time, we are able to provide consistently low prices and superior service, while maintaining the security of the ordering process and limiting unnecessary expenses. There may be a slight delay in the processing of your order while the order details are being verified.
