The Navigation module has been merged into core. It is not recommended to use this contributed module anymore since all work is happening on core's issue queue, so the core here is outdated.
This module provides a new left-aligned, collapsable, vertical sidebar navigation for Drupal's admin UI that is aimed to replace the current Toolbar. The longer-term goal is to propose the new navigation for Drupal core as part of #3373303: [PLAN] Administration UX improvements.
