Our comprehensive approach to SSPM (SaaS Security Posture Management) continues to differentiate us from legacy players, with a focus on multiple critical areas such as Data Access Governance, Shadow Apps, ITDR, Misconfigurations, Automate Remediation, and more. This approach is meeting the growing need for speed and granularity, empowering scaling organizations to protect their SaaS environments.

2024 Top 10 Accomplishments
1. Launched State-of-the-Art ITDR Module
By leveraging our unique ability to correlate HRIS/IDP user data with SaaS actions, we launched a leading Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) module. This powerful tool enables organizations to identify, monitor, and remediate identity-based risks, providing robust protection in real-time.
2. Expanded into Misconfigurations
As part of our ongoing investment in becoming a comprehensive SSPM solution, we introduced a market-leading Misconfigurations module. This tool identifies, scores, and provides remediation policies for misconfigurations in SaaS apps, with a special focus on Google Workspace security and compliance standards.
3. Launched on Google Cloud Marketplace
Our platform excels across a wide range of SaaS apps, but our strong traction in the Google Workspace security community made launching on the Google Cloud Marketplace a natural next step. This integration simplifies the purchasing process for prospects and customers, offering a flexible way to acquire DoControl in partnership with their Google teams.
4. Launched Free Google Workspace Risk Assessment
Understanding risk is the first step toward mitigation. To help security practitioners quantify their exposure, we launched a Free Google Workspace Risk Assessment. This tool has been crucial in surfacing unknown risks and helping organizations understand the value of investing in DoControl.
5. Signed Strategic Partnerships with SADA, Wursta, and Pythian
To further strengthen our position as the leading Google Workspace security solution, we formed strategic partnerships with top Google Workspace resellers. These collaborations combine their enterprise services with DoControl’s advanced platform, delivering best-in-class security and compliance experiences for our joint customers.
6. Launched Google Labels Integration
Many organizations use Google’s native tools for data classification, but they often lack visibility into who has access to sensitive assets once they are tagged. DoControl uniquely integrates Google’s labels, enabling organizations to enforce granular policies on data access and sharing—ensuring comprehensive protection and actionable insights.
7. Introduced AI-Based Global Search
We enhanced our platform with AI-powered search capabilities, making it easier to quickly analyze and address risk. For example, security teams can instantly identify how many former employees still have access to sensitive data and automate workflows to remediate these risks in seconds.
8. Migrated Data Infrastructure to ClickHouse
In a strategic move to boost scalability and speed, our engineering team migrated our data infrastructure to ClickHouse. This upgrade enabled us to process data up to 10 times faster and support massive data volumes, allowing us to:

- Ingest petabytes of Google data in seconds
