Video On Demand Streaming Server Setup

I need a competent professional to set up and optimize a video streaming server for delivering video on demand to the website users. The server must support MP4, WebM, and HLS formats for playback. Key Responsibilities: - Setup of a Video on Demand (VoD) streaming server. - Optimization of the server to manage bandwidth effectively and deliver high-quality and fast streaming. - Ensuring compatibility with MP4, WebM, and HLS formats. Purpose: - We are building a website where users can upload their own videos/ clips etc. Videos will be accessible by mobile and desktop users. - Videos will be hosted on a dedicated server - upon the video play request, we would like the video streaming server to stream the videos. We dont have any preferences on video server but it should be something where we can save on bandwidth costs, stream to large number of users (different videos) simultaneously, and probably have some analytics for it. - videos will be upto 30 minutes long. - We will have ads on the video player before the player shows the actual video (ads can be skipped after some seconds). Ideal Skills and Experience: - Prior experience with setting up VoD streaming servers. - Demonstrated skills in server optimization for bandwidth management. - Strong understanding of video formats, particularly MP4, WebM, and HLS. - Ability to deliver a solution that can cater to the general public.
