I want to develop a real estate project from scratch. I need a good design and skeleton, a strong admin panel that can control, expand and/or change all given details given to sellers and searches and filters of buyers. I need to accommodate all sellers whether companies, real estate or individuals to create accounts. Allow sellers to display and post property units they require to sell or rent out, to include all property details and images and videos needed for each unit. Allow sellers to post comments and remarks for each unit and to promote their units for sales Also searching buyers who wish to rent or buy property require to have strong filtration and search abilities to reach their required and desired units type easily to the tinniest detail Freelancer who can be granted this project requires to have strong Java and MYSQL skills, strong designing techniques for new projects, the ability to innovate and create a unique project.
