Build / update a Website -- Vbulletin 5-connect & Drupal

I have a site but I need it dressed up within the next 48 hours [login to view URL] (hosted godaddy) site was hacked and new shell is up with Drupal and Vbulletin 5-connect. need the site to get back to near it's original form that did look like the attached screen shot. the site is a Land Rover Club site (non-profit) and it has members in Florida and attracts new members. the site did have rolling images, a join feature, gallery, forums, and the most of the recent posts tied back to the main page ( would like facebook posts to tie to main page too). Currently drupal (main page) wants a login and so does vbulletin (don't know if need both) would prefer one login. a good site for reference is [login to view URL] Want the site to be hip / current / fun / clean and easy to use full completion does not need to be 48 hours but will need significant progress. And I will have little time to assist with details so you'll have to think on your feet.
