Software Development:
Design and implement a sound localization algorithm that can process input from multiple microphone arrays, freq range 100hz to 80khz

Overlay noise maps on live video streams for visualization.
Integration with Hardware:
The software should be compatible with a microphone array. The exact number of microphones in the array will be determined based on your recommendations to achieve optimal accuracy and performance.
Incorporate live video streams from thermal and optical cameras to enhance visualization.
Real-Time Processing:
Ensure the software can process audio and video feeds in real time.
Implement noise suppression techniques to focus on sound sources of interest.
User Interface:
Develop a user-friendly interface to display the overlaid noise maps on video streams.
Provide controls & embedded web server for users to adjust parameters and settings as needed, diagnostics & additional available data.
Hardware Specifications:
The system will also include a thermal camera, 2 regular optical cameras, smell sensor to reproduce/stream live images to a computer or mobile device. If your solution needs any of these outputs to improve performance, you may. These sensors will be installed close to the center of the system. The acoustic sensors will be around them.
Deliverables:
Fully functional sound localization cross platform software python or C#.
