I have done something very similar where I have used OCR to scrape data from a screenshot taken on the laptop. A little more improvement might be required on top of that to meet this requirement. I can make a video and show what I meant by this. I must admit that data scraped like this was not 100% correct some manual intervention is required to make it completely error-free It might take any time between 10-15 days to package it properly and submit. If you could send me a sample screenshot I can try it out first.
