I'm looking for an Excel expert to create an incident priority matrix specifically for my Customer Relations Team.
Key Requirements:
CR team triage incoming incidents to correctly prioritise the incident. They look at a number of contributing factors such as;
1. Customer Value (<99k, >100k)
2. Users affected (in % terms)
3. Customer Renewal date (<6months, <2 Months etc)
4. Perceived Customer
Importance (High, Med, Low)
I'd like to document the criteria, then tick say 'value x', 'users affected y' = priority 1/2/3
Ideal Skills:
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience with incident management
- Understanding of customer service dynamics
- Ability to create user-friendly templates
