 Provided technical remote support to South India for Fox-Ess inverters from 0.7 kW to 25 kW.  Conducted regular training sessions with dealers and installers on inverter troubleshooting methods and new product features.  Explained inverter installation, operation, and troubleshooting methods to dealers and installers.  Analysed inverters remotely to identify and troubleshoot faults.  Demonstrated different faults and troubleshooting methods to dealers and installers.

Provided onsite and remote support to South India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh for Goodwe inverters from 0.7 kW to 250 kW.  Conducted regular training sessions with installers and customers on inverter troubleshooting methods and new product features.  Commissioned Goodwe data loggers for inverter local monitoring, remote monitoring, and zero export solutions.  Analysed inverters remotely to identify and troubleshoot faults and provided solutions to customers.
