Results-Based Telesales Representative Needed for Long-Term Subscription Sales

I am looking for an experienced telesales professional to drive our business forward. This is a long-term project focused on selling subscriptions to our Local SEO service to brick-and-mortar businesses. Key Responsibilities: -Make cold calls to potential leads from a provided list or database. -Engage leads to understand their needs and effectively present our subscription services. -Overcome objections and address queries to guide leads through the sales process. -Close deals and secure subscriptions for our site. -Track and report on your sales activities and results. -Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and deals in our CRM system. Compensation: - This is a commission-based role with a percentage of each deal. -Payment will be made per successful deal closed and subscription secured. -Regular reviews and adjustments to the payment structure may be discussed based on performance and long-term results. Ideal Candidate: - Previous experience in B2B sales, specifically with brick-and-mortar businesses, is a plus. - Proficient in telesales and cold calling. - Notable skills in negotiation and closing deals. -Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, especially in a subscription-based or B2B environment. -Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. -Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and achieve targets. -Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools. -Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls. -Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
