Software Application to read addresses in excel and get lat/lon for them

The software will take an excel sheet search for the following headers: Address, City, State, and Zip, read the lines one by one and geocode the address to a lat/lon and add three columns at the end with LAT LON and the Accuracy on the point. I will provide a layout of the software interface.
***UPDATE*** This will be a desktop application for Windows. The excel sheets will vary case by case but by default the software must be able to locate the fields on its own. The headers will always be named: Address, City, State, Zip. Also if you will be using the GoogleAPI the accuracy field is the location_type field i.e ROOFTOP, RANGE_INTERPOLATED, ect. Also the application must be able to handle an excel sheet with more than 2500 addresses. Feel free to contact me with any other questions. Thanks.
