I need you to develop some software for me. I need a program that allows you to upload a shapefile or kml/kmz and pulls all landsat 8 and sentinel 2 satillite imagery from Amazon Web Services (aws). Program must also allows you to search by cloud coverage criteria and nadar angle. After locating the inage you will have the option to download the GeoTiff, GeoJPEG, JP2000, ECW, in RGB, RGBI, CIR, and other band combinationNo partial payment up front. Payment will be made in full once the source code has been delivered. Program must be written in VB.net
