I currently have a Zapier automation that fills in a row of information into an Excel file that sits within Sharepoint. In the same Sharepoint folder, I have a Word document that contains fields that need to be populated with information from the Excel file as soon as a new row is added to Excel. The data are currently indicated in the Word file with <<data>> tags that match the columns in the Excel file.
I need someone to create a Microsoft Power Automation that automatically creates a new Word document from the “template” I have created using the data within Excel as soon as a new row is added in Excel. It should then convert the word file to a PDF.
After the new PDF is created and saved in another folder within Sharepoint, I need Sharepoint to add a signature section (I have the subscription within Sharepoint to do this) for the customer, and then email the PDF along with the signature section to the customer to sign.
Once the client has signed, I need a webhook that tells Stripe to send an invoice based on information contained in the document. I have a Stripe account already set up. It must also update the Excel sheet in one field to read “PAID.”
