Basic Trading Algorithm in Python

Hi there, I currently trade crypto futures and am looking to use Python to submit buy and sell orders based on trading alerts received from Trading View. Here is the precise scope of what I would like help with. To create and deploy a simple Python trading script for Deribit Precise Scope: Trading Alerts are received from Trading View’s webhook (which will send messages to a specified URL) When trading alert A is received, the application checks that the position in the ETH September 2022 and ETH Perpetual contracts are less than x contracts. The application submits a post-only limit Buy order at the bid price for the ETH September 2022 contract. Once this order has been executed, a Sell market order is placed for the ETH Perpetual contract. When trading alert B is received, again the application checks that the position in the ETH September 2022 and ETH Perpetual contracts are less than y contracts. The application submits a post-only Sell order at the ask price for the ETH September 2022 contract. Once this order has been executed, a Buy market order is placed for the ETH Perpetual contract. To deploy the script on Postman or other suitable application.
