I'm in search of a dedicated Freelance Account Manager based in India, fluent in both Hindi and English. The primary focus of this role will be managing relationships with many freelancers like digital marketing freelancers, website developers, editors, influencer marketing, creating sales teams, podcasters searching, and other activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Communication: You'll be the point of contact for our all-hired freelancers and our employees, ensuring that all their needs are met and fostering a strong relationship.

The role will predominantly involve communication via phone calls, so a clear and professional phone manner is essential. Ideal candidates will have experience in handling clients from the digital marketing space, with a proven track record in contract management. Good understanding of the managing tasks and people will be a plus.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Fluent in Hindi and English

- Based in India

- Experience in client communication and contract management

- Background dealing with digital marketers, sales teams, podcasters and influencers

- Excellent phone communication skills

- Understanding of e-commerce, personal assistance and google search.
