This will take an experienced programmer a few minutes, so no overbidding please. Please see attached file [login to view URL] It has the following fields: link, title, time and reg. We want you to create a small PHP script that reads the [login to view URL] file and convert it to a file that we can use as an RSS URL in Joomla. We only want to use the title, link and time fields. And, we want all links to be replaced by [login to view URL] (so in Joomla, the titles with date/time are displayed and if you click on an article, you will be directed to [login to view URL]) We want you to demonstrate the working of the converted file as RSS URL on your own Joomla installation.
