Reverse Auction Website: 1. We need a Live Reverse Auction Website in Asp.net 2.0 and Ms Sql Server 2005. 1.a)What is a Live Reverse Auction? Typically, before an online Reverse auction takes place via an exchange, the buyer issues product specifications and order requirements to a select pool of approved Suppliers who are invited to participate in the auction. At the designated auction start time, the Suppliers log into the auction via the Internet, and begin submitting their ever decreasing prices to win the business. Bids are automatically processed in real-time, and the exchange automatically guides the Suppliers through the auction process. Suppliers can see the prices being offered by competing Suppliers, although the identity of the other Suppliers is not revealed to them. The auction typically closes after a pre-determined period of time, which may be hours or days, and the buyer then determines which Supplier will win the business based on the price and other variables at the retailer's discretion, such as each Supplier's quality record, shipping history, etc. 2. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
