I'm seeking a seasoned Zoho CRM user and developer with advanced Deluge scripting skills. This project involves creating and enhancing custom functions in Zoho CRM, automating various processes, integrating multiple modules, and refining existing workflows. Key Requirements: - Automate processes: Lead management, Sales pipeline, Customer follow-ups, and other operational tasks. - Integrate modules: SalesIQ, Books, Campaigns, Forms, Survey, Custom functions, and possibly others in the future, including Cliq. - Enhance existing workflows: Lead assignment, Email notifications, offers and invoices, and operational automation. - Develop custom functions to automate processes in Zoho CRM using Deluge. - Integrate Zoho CRM modules (Leads, Deals, Contacts, etc.) with custom workflows. - Troubleshoot and optimize existing Deluge scripts. - Create complex automation workflows for lead assignment, notifications, and task handling. - Implement data validation, data transformation, and calculation functions. - Integrate Zoho CRM with external tools or APIs as needed. - Provide documentation for all scripts and workflows developed. Ideal Skills & Experience: - Proven track record in Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting. - Experience in process automation and module integration. - Ability to build and refine workflows. - Good understanding of the mentioned modules and processes. - Capability to create and enhance custom functions. - Advanced Deluge scripting knowledge (Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM). - Experience developing custom workflows and functions in Zoho CRM. - Expertise in Zoho CRM module automation (custom fields, lead scoring, task automation, etc.). - Knowledge of Zoho API integration (connecting third-party tools with Zoho CRM). - Ability to write clean, optimized, and scalable code. - Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for Deluge scripting.
