As you can see on the attached image, then you can search for calls in our database, each call answered has a corresponding ID, which makes it possible for us to listen to the call. We want a change to our system, so that you can choose one or more recordings, which have come up during a search, then you can choose to listen to the chosen recordings, and then it must play the chosen recordings one by one. You must be able to skip to the next recording, if you do not want to listen more to the specific recording - and skip back and go to a specific place in the recording and pause etc like a regular music player Today you must manually insert the recording ID into the URL for each call to start listening to the recording, but we want something simpler. For each call you listen to it must be possible to make a note, and when you listen to the next call, then it must be possible to make a new note, so that each call can get a seperate note. When you are done listening to all of the calls, you get the option of writing a final note for all of the calls and then pressing send or cancel. If you press cancel, you get back to the search page, where you can then choose new calls to listen to. If you press cancel, you must get a pop-up asking if you are sure you want to not send an e-mail regarding these calls - which you can answer yes or no. If you press send e-mail, then the e-mail must be send to a fixed e-mail address.
