Digital Open Innovation Crowdsourcing platform for ideas

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a digital open innovation platform that uses crowdsourcing to get ideas from the public to solve business problems. The best example is www.mindsumo.com. Please check the Mindsumo website thoroughly before bidding. This platform should allow us to post Challenges faced by various companies on the platform. Then the public gets to submit ideas as solutions to the Challenges. We should be able to see the name of each company that has posted a Challenge but also allow for companies to post anonymously. The system should show the status of each Challenge. For example, Open (allows people to post ideas), Reviewing (no longer allowing new ideas), and Closed (when Challenge winners have been selected). The platform should allow moderators and administrators to grade ideas and pick winners of each challenge. The winners should be able to be tired. For example, the Top 5 get $100 each, the next 10 people get $50 each, etc. The administrators should be able to create the prize rewards for each Challenge. The prize reward for the top problem solvers should be visible on each Challenge. The platform should allow us to assign winners for each challenge, which will reflect on the winners' profiles. To be able to submit ideas for Challenges, the public needs to register on our system (normally and have the option of registering with their social media accounts). Their profiles should show which Challenges they have participated in, which Challenges they have been shortlisted for, and which Challenges they have won. On the back-end, administrators should be able to see the best performing problem solvers based on how many challenges they have been shortlisted for and won. Other statistics can include the most active problem-solvers (the ones who participate in the most Challenges). The platform should allow us to have anyone submit an idea for a Challenge, or restrict submissions and only allow certain problem solvers to participate (for example, based on a specific age group, based on their location, etc) On each Challenge, the system should show a leaderboard that shows the Top Problem Solvers (after each Challenge is Closed). The main Challenge page should first list the Open challenges, then the challenges being reviewed, then the closed challenges. On that page, we should be able to see the Challenge Categories on the left. Categories can be things like: FMCG, Computer Science, Humanities, Retail, etc. Below the Categories, there should be different Notifications displayed like on the Mindsumo website. The system must allow us to generate reports that can be sent to clients (with information on key themes being picked up from the ideas, the demographics of problem solvers (age, location, etc),)
