I'm looking for a system that can recognize and filter both SMS text messages and push notifications. Upon filtering a recognized message, this system should automatically upload the message to a bulletin board and also participate in a scratch lottery with it.
Ideal skills for this project would include:
- Experience in software development, particularly in message recognition and filtering systems.
- Knowledge in developing systems that can interact with bulletin boards and lottery systems.
- Strong programming skills.

The development content is simple
1 When text and push notifications come from the phone, the text in the content is recognized and filtered
Only a part of it is automatically registered as text on the server
A phone user is registered as a member and agrees, and then it is automatically posted
The bulletin board shows several categories
Ranking order, amount order, etc.
1 Issue scratch lottery to participants
When the administrator sets the image, amount, and winning probability
It is displayed in the scratch lottery area and users participate
There are only two functions. The rest are basic administrator page, basic member registration, etc. Social login. Only those who can develop right now can participate
It should be possible on both Android and iOS
Both apps should work normally after installation
