We have a long web form which sends the submission as a PDF via email. Web Form is simple HTML on a LAMP based environment. PDF creation is done by fpdf ([login to view URL]) We are looking to enhance this solution mainly focusing on 1- formatting the PDF to look like an actual Physical form, 2- Make the web form more stable and load faster (validations are making it slow)
