I need a programmer who can create a system of Sticky Review that a user/website owner can paste into any website (be it WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, PHP and frameworks, Ruby, Python, HTML etc). The system should be able to auto-generate JavaScript code to be pasted into the site to collect User Reviews and Show them on the site. The main website can be built with PHP and frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter etc and you might need knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 etc.

The main features are to be included in the attached Word File. Please see the attached video also for more understanding.

I need the full copyright and sourcecode of the project.
