I've recently done this kind of work on a Laravel project that required data from another Laravel project, so I created a couple API endpoints to return the data I needed from the remote Laravel project, so I'm quite familiar with the setup and if it just a couple GET endpoints then I honestly don't see it taking me longer then a day to do it, but I'm saying 2 incase you want to return data that needs to be modified first, depending on the modifications needed it could take a bit longer so I'm saying 2 days just to be safe.
