Java code for CPM & PERT Visualization for project management

I'm in need of a Java expert to develop a CPM & PERT visualization tool for project management. There are multiple sources of code online about the relevant algorithms needed to execute the CPM&PERT methods in Project Management. I will also send you material and lectures(via private message) on how to calculate the result of CPM&PERT techniques Follow the examples of the lectures sent to you, to understand how the visualization of the network will be. I will proceed to the payment in 4 stages, or every milestone reached,after you deliver to me the requested task deliverables. This tool should meet the following requirements: - Support Manual input, as well as the ability to Import from CSV and Excel files. It should also load Work-Breakdown Structure (WBS) or table. - Show critical path, activity durations, and dependencies. - Generate CPM & PERT networks. - Graphically visualize CPM & PERT networks. - Generate PERT chart in java swing - Include Project-level summary, Task-level detail, and Resource allocation and the tool should be able to perform Project crashing based on Economic Dimension of the Project. Ideal candidates should have: - Proficiency in Java and experience in developing similar visualization tools. - Strong understanding of project management concepts, particularly CPM & PERT. - Experience in working with different input data sources and formats. - Familiarity with Project Management tools, specifically Project crashing. Apart from the code,you also have to deliver: a README File Overview: A brief description of the project, its purpose, and its key features. Installation Instructions: Step-by-step instructions on how to set up the environment and install any necessary dependencies. Usage Instructions: How to run the code, including any necessary commands or scripts. File Structure: An outline of the directory structure and a brief description of each major file or folder. Documentation: User Guide: Detailed instructions on how to use the software, including examples and expected outputs. Code Comments: Ensure that the code is well-commented, explaining the logic, important functions, and any complex sections of the code. You should also deliver a very short report (a pages at most) describing what every function does and with descriptions outlining which functions were implemented in the code. Sample Data: Include a small set of sample data that can be used to test the code. Configuration Files: Any configuration files required to run the code Testing: Test Scripts: Any test scripts used to validate the code. Test Data: Data sets used for testing the code, along with expected results. Instructions: Instructions on how to run the tests and interpret the results.
