Account Setup & Familiarization: o Ensure login credentials are set up for all relevant users. o Explore Soho’s features for CRM, email marketing, and workflow creation. 2. Social Media Integration: o Connect all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to Soho. o Verify connectivity and test posting from Soho. 3. Email Marketing Setup: o Import and organize existing email contact lists. o Create email marketing templates for newsletters, promotions, and follow-ups. o Set up email campaigns and automation flows (e.g., welcome emails, re-engagement emails). 4. Communication Workflow: o Set up a centralized dashboard for communication tracking. o Link Soho to communication tools (Slack, RingCentral, or Teams if used). o Define tags or categories to track leads, prospects, and ongoing campaigns. 5. Permissions and Access: o Configure user roles and permissions for him and Scott to access and monitor activities. o Test accessibility to ensure seamless collaboration. ________________________________________ Week 2: Workflow Optimization and Reporting 6. Workflow for Email, Customer Contact, and Sales Engagement: o Create a workflow for receiving customer emails:  Categorize emails by type (inquiries, complaints, follow-ups).  Automate task assignments based on email categories.  Set up response time guidelines and escalation procedures. o Design a workflow for customer contact:  Track incoming leads from various sources (email, social media, calls).  Assign leads to specific team members.  Automate follow-up tasks and reminders. o Develop a workflow for sales engagement:  Define the steps from initial contact to deal closure.  Automate lead nurturing with email sequences and reminders.  Create milestones to track progress and flag stalled deals. 7. Workflow for High-Profile Clients: o Identify and tag high-profile clients in Soho. o Create a dedicated workflow:  Assign a priority response team or individual to handle their inquiries.  Schedule regular check-ins and updates with these clients.  Automate reminders for key dates (e.g., renewals, special requests).  Track all interactions in a centralized timeline for reference. 8.
