Virginia Property Dispute Litigation Attorney Needed

I'm seeking a litigation attorney, licensed in Virginia, to collaborate with my law firm on a series of litigation cases, including a dispute with an HOA about a variance request, and an employer dispute. This role is crucial as we navigate through these civil litigation instances. Ideal candidates will have: - Extensive experience in civil litigation, particularly with property disputes, HOA's and/or contracts - A deep understanding of HOA variance disputes and the legal intricacies involved - A Virginia law license and a good standing with the state bar - Excellent negotiation, communication and litigation skills - Proven experience and confidence in representing clients in courtroom settings. Please note that this is an opportunity to work on cases that can significantly impact our clients and our firm. Your expertise could be pivotal in achieving favorable outcomes. The work is expected to take place over the next 6-12 months. The attorney will be responsible for managing case documentation, filings, and tracking deadlines. The attorney will need to commit to a part-time collaboration, balancing with other responsibilities over the duration of the cases. Preferably, as "of counsel" or as an associate of our law firm.
