We're a design and build company converting a 15,000sf industrial metal building into a medical care unit. We're looking for a licensed architect and civil engineer to join our project team for consultation and design verification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult on our designs

- Review and provide civil engineering services

- Sign and seal the plans

- Provide structural design and calculations

Ideal Candidates:

- Licensed Architect

- Licensed Civil Engineer

- Experience in medical facility design preferred

- Excellent communication skills

- Flexible in terms of remuneration

We will handle all drafting, but require your expertise for design verification and recommendations. Please provide a rough estimate of your maximum cost for engineering services. Thank you, Malick
