Interestingly, the times measured for loading/storing data in the Vector<> class are comparable to the List<> class, as expected, however the search time is substantially different. Discuss why such poor performance was observed in the Vector<> class and explain what changes you would make to improve the performance of the Vector<> class.

I currently work for a fixed income financial firm which is a high pressure high accuracy environment when it comes to dealing with number and in my case, code. I have been programming in .NET and the C# language for over 9 years now and part of my job is explaining to the partners what code I've written and why. These is basic data structure questions that are currently asked at interviews. Even though I can guess what they're like from their names, I would like to see the code of SortedVector<> and OrderedLinkedList<> as well to make sure it's as expected.
