Comprehensive Residential Architectural Drafting - Must live on the Front Range of Colorado

As a residential contractor, I'm seeking an expert in architectural drafting to assist with various aspects of a project. The ideal freelancer would have a strong background in creating and modifying architectural drawings across a range of formats and purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Drafting detailed floor plans - Creating precise elevations and 3d renders - Developing comprehensive floor plans and working in conjunction with the builder in design and drafting - Assisting with interior design drafting / selections / fixtures etc. I have a variety of existing drawings that will need to be updated and modified, as well as sketches and ideas that will need to be expertly drafted. Therefore, a strong understanding of residential architecture and interior design will be highly beneficial. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficient in architectural drafting software - Prior experience with residential, commercial, and industrial projects - Strong interior design knowledge - Excellent attention to detail - Capable of interpreting and improving upon existing designs We perform an array of residential construction projects, from very simple bathroom and kitchen remodels that require simple floor-plans and renderings to help guide our customer through design and budget, as well as larger scale custom additions and renovations that require roof plans and a handful of architectural details. We are looking for someone locally based in the Eaton / Greeley / Fort Collins area, we like to prepare firm cost proposals for our customers and execute work on a contract basis.
