Social Media Clip Editing for Instagram

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to help me edit a social media clip that will be posted on Instagram.
I have a 1min49sec video. This is for my business account IG reel. I feel that it is abit long, and would like to cut it to 2 parts.
I want the edits to have subtitles and motion graphics, if necessary. I am open to leave it to your expertise for advice. My intention is to make it eye catching as possible so that audience watch till end of video.
- The video needs to be fast-paced and energetic to keep in line with the typical Instagram content and engage viewers.
