EXCEL SPREAD SHEET DESIGN: DATA ENTRY FIELDS, GRAPHS AND PRESENTATION I need to effectively measure clients progress and present this to them in a professional looking graph for various strength and aerobic exercises. Attached IPPT excel sheet draft with data entry fields and corresponding chart to measure progress with key and trend lines. • In the existing setup I’ve listed my strength exercises below the data entry fields. These are the exercises I want to track progress for clients by date (x) and weight values (y) in the graphs axis's and must be added to the data entry fields. • Below the strength based exercises I’ve listed the aerobic exercises I want to track progress for clients by date (x) and either distance (y) or time (y) values in the graphs axis's and must be added to the data entry fields NOTE: Due to there been a distance (y) and a time (y) graph axis we require two graph's for the aerobic exercises. NOTE: Require separate excel sheets for strength and aerobic exercises if required we could have 1-2 for aerobic exercises. Require those strength and aerobic exercise fields but also the ability to add more easily which will be incorporated into the graph. All exercises listed must have: Data entry field Key on graph Specific trend line on graph (as per the existing) Should be able to show a printed PDF presentation of this information for the table and graph based progress in a professional manner with company logo (to be provided). Existing setup linked to the graph extends axis when you add higher weight values (y) e.g. 180kg. The graph will automatically increase the value of the graph on the y axis. This must be the case for all other data entry fields added and new ones. Attached existing excel sheet setup with further information. Require this to be modified as detailed above and built with additional exercises listed.

I would propose to complete your project by firstly understanding following things: - do you propose to have a new workbook for each client? Or do you propose to include them all in the one spreadsheet? - do you have a feel for how many different graphs you would like? Some of the data (i.e. the strength data) will be difficult to all put into one graph. Is there a logical way that you could see this divided up? - am I correct that there are 10 aerobic exercises that you would like to measure? - are the strength exercises and / or the aerobic exercises all likely to be completed on one day?
