Join our remote-first team to bring cutting-edge game ideas to life. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Unity Game Developer to join our team. This part-time position offers flexible hours with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mobile game development, multiplayer networking, AR/VR integration, and monetization strategies, and will work remotely via a secure company-provided virtual machine. Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and maintain mobile games using Unity. Integrate in-app purchases (IAP) and ad services (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads) into games. Implement and optimize multiplayer functionality using Unity Networking, Photon, or similar frameworks. Design and develop AR/VR experiences for mobile and headset platforms. Debug and resolve performance, functionality, and UI/UX issues. Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to implement game features and refine gameplay. Stay up to date with the latest Unity updates, AR/VR technologies, and mobile game development trends. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. Qualifications: Experience:Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Unity game development. Proven experience with mobile game development, AR/VR, multiplayer systems, and monetization features. Technical Skills:Proficiency in C# scripting for Unity. Experience with multiplayer frameworks like Photon, Mirror, or Unity Multiplayer Networking. Strong knowledge of AR/VR SDKs (e.g., ARKit, ARCore, Oculus SDK). Familiarity with integrating third-party plugins for ads and IAP. Understanding of mobile game optimization and performance tuning. Creative Skills: Ability to collaborate on UI/UX design for mobile and immersive experiences. Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in remote teams. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 3D modeling tools like Blender or Maya. Knowledge of analytics tools for mobile games.
