I'm in the process of renovating a home and I need a professional to create 3D renderings of the interior and exterior of the house based on the floor plan and existing pictures. Your tasks will include: - Using 3D rendering to visualize the finished home - Touching up the exterior to show the completed look - Adding interior details like cabinets, appliances, doors, bathroom fixtures - Fixing holes in walls - Enhancing the exterior with grass, removing some trees and sheds Ideal candidates would have: - Extensive experience in 3D home rendering - A keen eye for detail - Ability to work from a floor plan and existing pictures - Previous experience with home renovation visualizations The 3D renderings should include medium-level detail, focusing on accurate representations of major elements and fixtures. The 3D renderings should follow a traditional style for both interior and exterior elements. The 3D renderings should be completed within 72 hours. Please use neutral colors with wood for both interior and exterior elements. I will be uploading more photos later today that are high resolution and better show the property as it is today. Remove the skylights - they are no longer there. Also all of the tubs/vanities, countertops and appliances have been trashed and will be replaced with modern, nice ones.
