I'm seeking an experienced engineer to create detailed engineering drawings for a BA13 application for a retrospective approval. This project involves an existing structure (alfresco) that was enclosed and requires a comprehensive understanding of both structural and electrical elements. I have had a builder come out and inspect and found no problems. The report is attached. I have included our original plans and photos of the construction. This is urgent and needs to be done today. We need to get the drawings into the shire so approval is done by next week as it is a condition of settlement on the all of our home.
