Modify the existing PHP parsing code to work with websites that use JavaScript rendering and bypass protections such as Cloudflare. Additionally, implement proxy server support to enable the use of dynamic IP addresses and avoid IP blocking. Paid API solutions (e.g., and similar) are not allowed.

the objective of this project its to capture new models to sign up for the website and promote it also to get new users. the website its still under construction, but its ready to use and migrating models from other websites.
