I am also a good singer and have performed in various musicals and theatrical plays in the past, so acting is not a challenge for me either. As a teenager I was growing up surrounded with musicians and people who dedicated their lives to sound and music creation and production. It was soon that i got interested in gear and started recording my own music as well as bands of my friends and people I got to know in that time. Being active in the local and soon...As a teenager I was growing up surrounded with musicians and people who dedicated their lives to sound and music creation and production. It was soon that i got interested in gear and started recording my own music as well as bands of my friends and people I got to know in that time. Being active in the local and soon broad EU music scene led me to meet older experienced people in the business and getting to know local studios. Playing live shows and tours on the other hand frustrated me because I was always pursuing that sound in my head and many times on shows I would be dissapointed becouse it did not really turn out how I expected it but also many times surprised me when a good technician would make a band sound good and add value to their music. I wanted to become that guy! Soon I started too. As an aprentis in a new venue in Ljubljana (Kino Siska) where I would learn all about live sound. It was the time when a transition from analog to digital was rapidly changing the workflow of live sound and I was lucky to fall into its wave at that time. I was learning from big producitions that were comming through the venue and becoming obssesed with perfecting my own techniques, I was touring with smaller acts at that time and eventually I was getting to this point where I work with my idols as a Front of House engineer and TourManager. I have toured with and played in my bands all over the globe. Growing up to eventualy and gradualy create my own bussness in the music industry where I could choose my own gig in the scene of Punkrock elite and being on the other side of the stage but still a part of the band. It was something that i was after and this is what I pursue. Touring with bands and working for them as a sound techician and FOH I soon took over all other roles that go with it. I was assigned for a tourmanager and thats when it all came together. Now I own a company named LIFETRIP that offers touring vans, backline, crew and merch production.
