Keep rest layout as it is.
I'm seeking a skilled architect to help me modify the layout of my villa, ensuring it aligns with Vastu principles. The front elevation of the villa must remain unchanged, however, we can make interior modifications.

Key Requirements:
- Change the bathroom's position from the staircase and east wall.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in architectural design and layout modification.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Vastu principles.
- Proven track record of designing spacious and functional residential properties.
- Excellent communication skills for understanding and incorporating feedback.

Please find the current layout of my house attached.

The interior design should follow a modern style with clean lines and minimalistic elements.

Villa project/ no change in front elevation/ bathroom and staircase can change.
