I'm seeking a freelancer who can design a bold and modern, minimalist book cover for my upcoming book, "Building Trust". The cover will be text only, predominantly black and white, with no images.

Key Features:
- The book cover should be centered around a modern and minimalist aesthetic.
- The typography should be simple and straightforward, staying true to a text-only design.
- The cover should prominently feature the book title, tagline, and my name as the author, all centered on the cover.

The gist of the book is this;

I am writing to small to medium residential builders who just want to work with good clients but struggle with unrealistic expectations and may not realise they are perpetuating the cause of the problem.

Hopeful homeowners dreaming of building or renovating are lost and scared. They need you to be their guide, to earn their trust and to build their homes.

By the end of the book, you’ll know how to become a trusted builder and start to love building again.

I have attached an early rough draft of the book cover. I'm in no way attached to this design, but offer it as insight into the bold nature of title that I aspire to.
