I need a lightweight, cross-platform application for managing shuttle bookings and car rentals. The app should be developed for iOS, Android, and Windows.

Key Features:
- Shuttle bookings: Users should be able to view and book shuttle services.
- Car rentals: Users should also have the option to rent cars via the app.
- Lightweight: The app should be efficient and not consume excessive system resources.

The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in cross-platform app development and be familiar with implementing booking systems in an app. A portfolio showcasing similar projects would be an advantage.

As for the payment feature, I am currently unsure if it should be included. However, the app should be designed in a way that allows for easy integration of a payment processing feature in the future, should it be required. Therefore, experience with payment gateway integration would be beneficial.
