We are looking to update our existing logo for the Anaheim High School Performing Arts Program Conservatory (APAC) to better reflect the school’s identity. The main APAC design should remain as is—the artwork of the APAC logo should not be changed. The project is to update the border, incorporate additional elements, and adjust the typography to align with Anaheim High School’s overall branding. The new design should maintain the integrity and focal artwork of the APAC logo while integrating the school’s visual identity.

Key Requirements:

Keep the Core APAC Artwork Intact: The main artwork/design of the APAC logo should remain unchanged. The focal point of the logo should stay as is—we are not requesting a completely new design, but rather an update and enhancement of the existing logo.

Incorporate Anaheim High School's Branding: The updated logo should better align with Anaheim High School’s visual identity. We will provide reference logos (the official school logo, the choir department logo, and the aquatics department logo) to guide the design process. These logos will help guide color, typography, and design elements to ensure cohesion with the school’s overall branding.

Update Border and Typography: Focus on modifying the border, incorporating the school’s color palette, and adding wording or typographical elements that align with the school’s style. If possible, subtle design elements related to the school’s overall look (e.g., the school’s fonts, colors, and any relevant accents) can be included in the border or additional features, but the main APAC logo itself should not be altered.

Maintain Recognition of the Performing Arts Program: While updating the logo, it should still be clearly recognizable as representing the Performing Arts Program Conservatory (APAC). We encourage you to keep elements relevant to performing arts, such as musical notes, theater masks, or instruments, but ensure these additions complement the existing APAC design without changing the overall structure.

Logo Format: The final logo should be delivered in both vector (AI, EPS, or SVG) and high-resolution raster (PNG, JPG) formats. We will need both color and black-and-white versions of the updated logo.

Deliverables:

Initial concepts (at least 2-3 different ideas for the updates)
Revisions based on feedback
Final logo files (AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG)
A style guide with color codes and fonts (if applicable)
Project Timeline:

Initial concepts: 1 week from project start
Final revisions: 2 days after feedback
