THE TEAMS

FOOTBALL

At Americas Cup 2024, the football tournament will be an action-packed display of skill and teamwork. 

Each football team can have up to 17 players, plus a non-playing Football Coach. Team members can be male or female.

CHEERLEADING

At Americas Cup 2024, the cheerleading competition will showcase high levels of entertainment and talent.

Each cheerleading team can have up to 16 cheerleaders, plus a non-performing Cheerleading Coach. Team members can be male or female.

THE VENUE

ACCOMMODATION

Your home for Americas Cup 2024 will be the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. 

This resort will be the perfect environment to recharge after a fun-filled and competitive day.

Each team will be allocated a number of rooms, with each room being double occupancy.

The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate offers a range of facilities including:

  • Spa & fitness center

  • 24-hour arcade

SPORTS FIELDS

Both the football tournament and cheerleading competition will be held at North East Regional Park. A shuttle bus will be available to transport teams to and from the hotel.

Please note there will be free water at the Sports Fields and food available in the DHL Village, which you can purchase using the tokens provided to you by your Country Coach.

How to get there

BY AIR

Upon arrival at the airport, transfers to the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate will have been pre-arranged for you by the organizational team.

BY BUS

If arriving by a group coach, it will take you directly to the Hotel entrance. Please make your way to the lobby on arrival.

YOUR CATERING OPTIONS

Dinner will be provided for the duration of the event, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

THURSDAY

You are responsible for your own lunch on Thursday so please make sure if you are arriving early you make appropriate arrangements.

FRIDAY & SATURDAY

Breakfast - will be included in your accommodation.

Lunch - a variety of food will be available to purchase at the Sports Field.

Dinner - will be arranged for all teams to attend.
