Parking is available in the parking garage and overflow lots for $8.00 a day. The Township 9 Light Rail stop is directly across the street from the May Lee Office Complex. Various restaurants are a short drive into downtown Sacramento and there is ample bike storage onsite at the complex.

The building is conveniently located in Downtown Los Angeles, directly across the street from the MTA Pershing Square Red Line Station. It is one subway stop from the Civic Center and 7th Street Metro, and two stops from Union Station. It is easily reached by rail, subway, or bus, and parking lots surround the area. Some parking lots have attendants, and some have pay boxes. Follow the instructions on the pay box of the lot. Office management also has a list of lots. There are bicycle racks at the building.

The building is located 3 blocks from the 12th Street Oakland City Center BART Station. After disembarking from the train, exit the station via the 13th Street exit. This exit opens onto the City Center Lower Plaza. From this entrance, follow the directional arrows to 555 12th Street. AC Transit is an innovative, modern bus system, owned by the public of the East Bay that serves Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. There are bus stops located through downtown Oakland, including bus stops at 12th and Broadway and 14th and Broadway adjacent to Oakland City Center. The Broadway Shuttle affectionately called the “B” is free and provides transportation between Jack London Square and Grand Avenue; Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm. (except on major holidays). The Alameda/Oakland Ferry is a great way to commute from San Francisco into Oakland’s City Center from locations around the San Francisco Bay. It takes about 12 minutes to walk from the Jack London Square ferry dock to 555 City Center. The building can be easily reached by rail, bus, shuttle, ride share and parking lots surround the area.
