The entity known as Zoubstance is an elusive creature from Denmark (or outer space) with affinities for pizza, cake, video games, sparkly things, horror movies, historical medicine/surgery, birds, old-school weaponry and all things equine.
Rumour has it she is also a medical doctor.
She is the lucky owner of a palomino gelding, Don Domingo and spends a substantial amount of time attempting to be a dressage rider.
